Traditional Fado Restaurant- non touristy
Fado performances are a big money making machine, especially in Bairro Alto where you prepay and follow a set course. That's not what Fado was and is about. Fado originated in Mouraria and Alfama, and some of the best restaurants are still there and less advertised. That's why we are sending our guests (and you!) to a non touristic Fado restaurant in Alfama. There is no prepayment. As we know the owners and some of the singers, please just let us know how many you are, which evening you would like to go, from what time and your name. Daytrip - Arrabida National Park
Arrabida National Park is known for its beauty and sensational beaches. Some of the rock formations - the highest limestone cliffs in Europe - are also incredible! It is a great day trip from Lisbon to leave the city behind and explore nature at its best as well as being a bit sporty if you wish. Our guests have done the whole day Kayak experience, taken a 3 hour private boat trip (including time at the beach and use of SUP) or a 4 hour hiking trip starting from and returning to Sesimbra and absolutely loved it!

Quake Lisbon
Lisbon's latest attraction that sets you back in time to the Lisbon of 1755. Feel the impact of an earthquake, reproduced by a simulator, video-mapping and special effects, as well as learn how to prepare for a new event. This is an immersive and interactive experience you won't soon forget. Sessions start every 10 minutes and take 16 people max (ask us for bigger groups) with 10 rooms to explore in total (total experience 1 hour 40 min). This experience is suitable for 6+ years. 4 and 5 year olds can also visit but are not allowed in the earthquake simulator for safety reasons. Under 4 year olds are not allowed.
